The approaches I use

 Internal Family Systems (IFS): 
IFS is a powerful method for exploring your inner world. It helps you connect with different parts of yourself, uncover their roles, and meet them with compassion. This allows for profound healing and integration.

 Authentic Relating: 
Authentic Relating is about cultivating deeper, more meaningful connections—with yourself and others. Through honest communication and presence, we practice creating relationships rooted in empathy, curiosity, and truth.

I also draw on other trauma-informed practices and relational frameworks to ensure our work is safe, effective, and deeply supportive.
