Service Description

I'm creating something I've been feeling called to offer for a while now. This is going to be a 3-4month journey together: a small group where you can bring the parts of you that need to be seen and witnessed. It's based in IFS and parts work, and really it's about creating a space where you can be honest about what's happening inside you, and where that honesty gets met with presence and care. Here's how it will mainly look like: Each week, you'll have the chance to share something that's alive in you (maybe a part of you that's struggling, or excited, or scared, or angry). I'll be there to gently guide that conversation, helping you explore what wants to be expressed. You'll also get to witness others doing the same beautiful, brave work. We won't go into full processing and narratives, but we'll use the Self energy of the group to practice receiving and being with the parts that we'll bring forward. There's something so healing about discovering that the things you think are just yours (your patterns, your struggles, the way certain parts of you show up) are actually so deeply human and relatable. Even when you're not the one sharing, shifts will happen when you recognize yourself in someone else's shared vulnerability and courage. And yes, nothing is forced, everything is an invitation. This is ideal for you if you're drawn to the particular magic that happens in group containers, or if you want to go deeper with IFS and parts exploration but maybe can't afford individual work rates right now. I'm asking for a real commitment though: this isn't a drop-in thing. We start together and we finish together. The practical stuff and details: Starting on the 1st or 2nd Week of October 3-4 months (Holidays might delay a bit), 12 weekly sessions, 60-75 min each (depending on group size). Min 4, Max 10 people. We'll meet Online. $300 USD for the whole journey - It is a special price for this first time I'm offering it (future editions will see a different price). What I hope happens: - You stop carrying so much alone. - You start to feel more at home with all the parts of yourself. - You discover that being witnessed in your truth changes something fundamental about how you move through the world. - You become more comfortable and skilled at being with others when they're sharing their parts and inner world.
