WHY THE SEA
Slow down.
Breathe.
Connect with nature.
Give yourself permission to just be.
This is something I've experienced on the water many times during my life on yachts. There's magic that happens when you step out of your usual life and into one that demands full presence.
...And there's even more magic when you share it with others.
"I'm blown away by the power of slowing down and breathing, surrounded by nature. Giving myself permission to just be, to exist, not having a schedule, not worrying about responsibilities, peacefully connecting with my body, my soul, the elements. Every moment starts to shift and acquires a different flavor from the one I'm used to. I feel the magic of life, drinking it all in, fulfilled inside. I don't want to stop. Now that I know how to get here, it means I can explore more of me, of you, of us. Have a sip. You are welcome."

THE SAILING VESSEL
Our floating home for a week
Monohull or catamaran, either way, the quality of the experience, the standard, and the work are identical. The essence of the journey is the same: the vastness of the water strips away the noise of everyday life. This literal, moving vessel naturally compels those on board to slow down and cultivate genuine, profound relationships.
Photos represent our guaranteed yacht standards. To ensure the perfect fit for our final group size, we'll confirm the exact vessel 4–6 weeks before departure.
THE JOURNEY
What the week could look like
Plenty of sea and exploration. One facilitated session per day (~90 min), plus shorter practices woven into sailing time, meals, and islands/land time. The rhythm follows the conditions and the group. It's an unfolding and a becoming.

LOCL EXPLORATION
Greece in September is stunning
Every day we anchor somewhere new. Depending on the group's preference and weather conditions, we can spend plenty of time in nature or have more adventures ashore, walking through local towns, tasting local food, and interacting with the local culture. Time to wander alone or together, both on the water and on land. The island life is part of our adventure together.
Imagine a traditional Greek meal and the sea right there. Greece in September is a gem, with warm waters and less crowd.
COMMUNITY LIVING
You become part of the crew

There is abundant time to rest, play, relax, and engage in intentional practices, AND you will also learn to sail, help prepare meals, collaborate, wash the dishes, and keep the place cozy for yourself and everyone else on board. This is real community living on board a yacht: we support one another, inside and out, throughout the trip.
Something happens, and a certain depth makes its way through when people share small spaces, real moments, and a full week. The connection reached here might take years to build on land. This experience is truly special.
THE REAL CONTAINER
Life on a yacht:
a relational booster
The gem of the relational experiences. Living on a yacht with a small group of like-minded and like-hearted individuals will create a supportive and nurturing environment where you can dive deep and build meaningful connections. And if that wasn't enough, with thoughtful intentional practices, you'll gain new skills and insights that will help you increase your self-awareness, your relational capacity, and navigate life & relationships with more ease and grace.
What we practice and explore here
Compassion
Allowing
Communicating
Love
Resilience
Self-love
Observing
Giving
Boundaries
Assertiveness
Presence
Letting go
Breathing
Playfulness
Courage
We practice all of this intentionally, on deck, at dinner, in challenging moments and in relaxed and comfortable ones. You go home with it in your body; it's experiential, not theoretical.
A metaphor for life
Onboard, maneuvers, rhythm, good practices, lifestyle...they all have surprising parallels with life and relationships. When you sail you learn about how to show up in your life and with others.
Nowhere to go
The life onboard offers constraints to explore yourself in. When you are forced to face yourself, others and situation...who do you become?
Different personalities
Like a hologram. Many relational dynamics you experience in life will also show up here, giving you the chance to experiment and practice further.
Amplified inner voices
The inner dialogue will show up: the critic, the pleaser, the mediator,... they'll be part of our reality and we'll have the chance to get to know them more and befriend them live.
Limited space
You learn what is it like to be you when you are living side by side with others, with a limited space in between. Practicing inner stillness and cultivating the space within.
Shared living quarters
Beds on sailing vessels are doubles: you'll share with another participant. We will do our best to match you based on your preferences. Private cabins available on request and at a special rate.

Breathe freedom and connection
"In my opinion, the only sustainable solution is to choose one's own identity so that the encounter no longer represents a threat, neither to oneself nor to the other."
BJORN LARSSON - from "NEED FOR FREEDOM" ("BISOGNO DI LIBERTÀ")

YOUR RELATIONAL AND SAILING EXPERT
Alice Grossi

Alice is a rare hybrid facilitator who masterfully blends years of rugged maritime exploration with deep, land-based relational space-holding to create truly transformative journeys.
Her (more intentional) path began with intense lived exploration: crossing the Pacific Ocean on a sailing yacht, sitting in ceremonies and sharing daily life with Lakota, Cherokee, and Ojibwe families in the US, and sailing through the remote waters of Micronesia, Southeast Asia, and the wild, unsupported conditions around Cape Horn, Tierra del Fuego, and Patagonia.
These formidable environments, alongside 11 years of competitive softball in Italy’s major league (Serie A1) and early volunteer work on emergency ambulance teams, forged her profound resilience and capacity to stay entirely present and anchored when things get difficult.
Transitioning later into professional facilitation on land, Alice spent years designing and running continuous weekly workshops, relational dinners, and multi-day experiential intensives centered around communication, self-leadership, and the relational arts, alongside an extensive private practice supporting individuals and couples.
Today, Alice is an expert in relational counseling, an IFS Informed Practitioner, and an Authentic Relating facilitator who anchors a thriving WhatsApp community of over 550 like-hearted humans, while remaining a licensed RYA Yachtmaster Ocean Captain who has skippered Mediterranean yacht cruises for crews of all ages.

Authentic Relating Levels 1 & 2 • Laughter yoga leader
Experiential training(s) in Leadership & Public Speaking
