How our sessions unfold

Apply, Schedule & Explore
It all starts with the Application form, once you'll have submitted that, there are two options:

Option 1) I'll send you a proposal with packages and a sliding scale system for you to choose what suits you best, complete the purchase and schedule the first call together.
Option 2) We begin with an initial conversation or discovery call (20-min), clarifying what you’re seeking and how these methods can best support you. You can come individually or with someone you trust. After the call we'll decide if we're going to start a journey together and proceed with purchase and booking.
02.
Uncover & Engage Your Parts
The journey starts and through ongoing weekly or biweekly calls. Initially we'll start familiarize with your system and parts, uncovering the macrodynamics, then, as we progress, we’ll dive deeper. Using IFS, IFIO, and somatic practices, we’ll build a relationship with the parts responsible for your protective patterns. Occasionally we'll meet more vulnerable parts within you (and between you, if you’re in a duo), without forcing and always honoring your (and you parts) pace.
We approach these parts with curiosity, compassion, and courage, sharing presence with them and allow new approaches to situations and healthier ways of being.
03.
Transform & Integrate
Over time, you’ll learn practical tools for self-leadership, emotional resilience, and deeper connection, both within yourself and in your relationships.
In your daily life, you'll start practicing and integrating these new approaches and ways of being.
We’ll track what’s shifting, celebrate breakthroughs, and refine our focus so you can fully integrate these tools and changes into everyday life.
We'll also work on communication and relational practical tools that can support your journey at home, at work, and in general social settings.

Together, we'll meet and welcome who you really are, allowing it to surface and be embraced, for you to live a more wholesome, authentic, fulfilled life and relationships.

The work we do together draws on a blend of modalities that honor each person’s innate wisdom. Below are a few core approaches that help guide and shape our process.​

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a powerful method to connect with the different parts of yourself—each carrying its own story, emotion, and purpose. By meeting them with curiosity rather than judgment, we create space for healing and transformation
Authentic Relating
Authentic Relating brings honesty and presence into how we communicate and connect. By practicing real-time exercises, we learn to stay open and truthful—especially when vulnerability arises.​​
Relational & Embodiment-Based Practices
“I also integrate practices that bring awareness to the body and the nervous system. By tuning into physical sensations and emotional cues, we discover grounded ways to navigate triggers, cultivate self-responsibility, and foster deeper connection.
Ways We Can Work Together
Below are three main ways to engage with this work. Each path offers its own gifts and opportunities for growth.

For Individuals
We’ll meet the different parts of you with curiosity, compassion, and courage. As we uncover the patterns and emotions shaping your life, you’ll have the chance to deepen your connection with your authentic Self. We’ll also explore practical ways to communicate your needs and boundaries, so your relationships can grow from a place of clarity and genuine understanding.

For Duos
We bring the IFIO approach into each session, creating an environment where you can untangle miscommunication and uncover each person’s deeper needs. By exploring how protective parts arise in your interactions, we open pathways for healing, growth, and reconnection. Together, we cultivate a foundation of mutual trust, honesty, and genuine closeness.

In Group
We’ll co-create a relational field guided by IFS and IFIO principles, engaging in experiential practices, connecting authentically, and expanding our capacity for empathy and self-compassion. In this shared container, we learn from each other’s experiences, discover new ways of relating, and support each other’s growth through the power of community

We’ll explore patterns and beliefs, challenge them with gentle curiosity and explore them openly so that you can approach life with grounded awareness and self-acceptance.
